Chunky Pandey’s was born as Suyash Pandey to Dr. Sneha Pandey on October 26th 2006. Chunky shares his birthday with the famous veteran actor Dev Anand. Since childhood, Chunky dreamt of becoming an actor and it was Pahlaj Nihalani, who fulfilled his dreams by giving him a break with ‘Aag Hi Aag’. Chunky however; shot to fame only after ‘Tezaab’ in which he played the character of Anil Kapoor’s friend ‘Munna’.

Chunky was never regarded as a saleable actor as all his movies flopped at the box-office. His career’s biggest hit so far has been ‘Aankhen’ in which he played Govinda’s brother. Chunky got married to Delhi model Bhavana; the couple has two lovely daughters.

Chunky’s career in Bollywood was going downstream and so the actor took a break and joined the Bangladeshi Film industry where he became a star over night. After working for a couple of years, he returned to Bollywood and was casted by Ram Gopal Verma in ‘D’. Chunky’s performance impressed Ramu to such an extent that the actor is now considered to be one of the favorites in Ramu’s production house ‘Factory’.

Chunky also helps wife Bhavana in her event management company and the two have even ventured into restaurant business with ‘Trim With Taste’-a health restaurant chain established in association with the Narang Group. Chunky is also currently hosting a telly show on Sahara channel called ‘Rokky 99’. Chunky is shooting for Bollywood movies and is now accepting character roles.
