Bipasha Basi walked on the stage in her hot shots and boots. Kareena Kapoor was having ‘Mauja hi Mauja’ in her black attire; she was escorted out by Saif Ali Khan as she called it a night. Sameera Reddy looked hot in red as she grooved with the dance scre.


Dia Mirza and Madhvan hosted the evening and a proud Parvathy Omanakuttan, who was crowned Pantaloons Femina Miss India World 2008 happens to be the first Malayali to be crowned till date.


Simran Kaur was crowned as the Femina Miss India Universe and the winner expressed that participating in Miss India was accidental; Sure, we’ll take your word on that one.


Harshita Saxena was crowned with the Miss India Earth title; the girl had abandoned a BBA Degree in Canada to pursue her Miss India dreams.


Now, Bollywood hogged all the limelight at the beauty pageant and if you think it’s not fair to the contestant; well, eventually all our beauty queens end up on the screen so we think it's a fair deal.
