How was the overall experience watching the movie?
I think the movie was really bad. They tried to make it very creative. They tried to put in lot of characters in two and a half hours. But I don’t think they have achieved it very well. The stories are ok. They are just doing it again and again. There is nothing besides sex scenes and which we had not come to see.


Which ‘kahani’ did you like the most?
I think the one which stars Shabana Azmi. I think that story sends some message. That is good. I think every story should send some message. None of the stories delivered any message besides Shabana Azmi’s. It says something about Hindus and Muslims which is needed in our society.


What would you prefer, short story or full fledged movie?
Short stories are good. This is not the first concept with short stories. We have seen films like ‘Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd’ which was done very well. It had some sense of humor and story line. But here most of the stories are boring.


Who has performed their best?
Performances were very average.

How was the overall experience watching the movie?
A new try.


Which ‘kahani’ did you like the most?
I liked ‘Rice Plate’ in which we saw Shabana Azmi and Naseeruddin Shah. Nasseruddin Shah had literally no dialogues but, still I liked his look as a Muslim; and I liked Shabana Azmi. Rohit Roy has treated it well; I was surprised; it was nice.


What would you prefer – short story or full fledged movie?
See, it depends. If you talk about Hollywood flick ‘Crash’ it works. But, if you talk about ‘Salaam-e-Ishq’ and ‘Dus Kahaniyaan’ it’s tough. They have to come up with new and creative ideas. The treatment has to be nice. We have no expectations from Dia Mirza but, Manoj Bajpai was bombed in the movie. He is a big talent. They have to be more creative.


Who has performed their best?
The treatment of the movie was good. But they wasted a lot of characters. There are many talented actors in the movie which got wasted. It may be because of new directors. Sanjay Gupta’s work was good.


How would you rate the movie on a scale of 10?
Since they try their best, I will give it 10. Even though I didn’t like it.

How was the overall experience watching the movie?
I think the second half was better than the first half. It is worth it. It is something different.


Which ‘kahani’ did you like the most?
Nana Patekar’s story was amazing.


What would you prefer, short story or full fledged movie?
Though they were short stories, they were still full fledged. In 15 minutes, they covered everything.


Who has performed their best?
I know they have short roles but everyone has justified it. It is something very different and worth.
