It is all about numbers for Vidya Balan; the actress is born on the 1st of January and has her house#, car’s license plate# and movie launch dates, all start or add up to ‘1’.

Recently, during the Zee Cine Awards, Vidya was allocated suite #1169 for her stay in London, and the actress was not happy about the fact and requested the Hotel Manager to move her in a room that added to ‘1’.

As it was the Award show weekend all the rooms were booked, but Vidya was adamant and waited in the lobby until the management found a guests, who was ready to switch the room to ensure that Vidya’s new suite adds up to ‘1’.

While shooting for ‘Kismet Konnection’ in Canada, Vidya insisted that her room number should add up to ‘1’ as well, and based on sources close to the production, she even shared her thoughts with the Producers that if her room would not be Numero Uno then, their movie would not be a hit.

Vidya strongly believes in the power of ‘1’ and would go to any extent to see her ‘Kismet Konnections’ works.
