‘Item girl’ is one tag that Preity Zinta never longed for in her career, but good friend Salman Khan has been persistent that the actress should opt for a raunchy item number for his movie.


Preity has had no release for almost a year now, but has 3 movies lined up to be released in 2008. Salman is trying to sell the idea of an item number to Preity by expressing that she should be back with a bang in 2008 and an item song might set the perfect stage for the actress.


Salman wants Preity to dance for a song for his ‘Mr. and Mrs. Khanna’; Kareena Kapoor is paired opposite Salman in the movie.


While Miss Zinta is still skeptic about the idea of performing for an item number, we at BollywoodBlog think it’s a ‘Preity’ cool idea.
