To work with Aamir is every movie star’s dream and looks like Ayesha is finally living her fantasy. The actress couldn’t believe when she was initially approached for an offer to play the role in ‘Kajri’ opposite the super talented Aamir.

‘Kajri’ is a remake of South superhit ‘Ghajini’. Asin played the female lead in the original and Aamir was keen to sign Asin as well for the Hindi version but, unfortunately Asin cannot speak Hindi. So as Aamir is partial to Sync sound, he didn’t want the movie to be dubbed.

Aamir was impressed with Ayesha’s performance in ‘Dor’ and after he saw ‘Salaam-e-Ishq’ he knew that she is the one, as according to Aamir, Ayesha is the perfect blend of innocence and glamour. In ‘Kajri’, Aamir will play a character, who suffers from amnesia and is in search for the man, who murdered her fiancée. 

Ayesha is however, keeping tight lipped about bagging this project with Aamir, as the actress is familiar with Aamir’s style and knows that nothing is final with Aamir until the movie goes on floors.

We hope Aamir has made his mind for good this time and it is Ayesha all the way!
